assess your life.  Only with the knowledge of where you have been and where you are can
you map where you are going.

   SUPPLIES NEEDED:
   - Pen and Paper,
   - word processing or spreadsheet program (word, excel, open office, google docs, etc.),
   - some sort of scheduler (calendar, program, PDA, planner, etc.).
   - your schedule

 
  Total Course Time:
           To read: 15-30 minutes
           To complete exercises: (5-6 hours)
